Wild Ireland is a guided, timed-entry wildlife sanctuary near Burnfoot on the Inishowen Peninsula. It’s an outdoor woodland setting with flat paths, so you’ll want to dress for the weather even though the walking is manageable.

Open Friday–Sunday, 10:00am–4:00pm, with last entry at 3:00pm.
Tickets
Admission is €18.50 per adult and €14.50 per child. Babies under 11 months are free. Card payments are accepted (they also accept sterling).
How long to allow
Each visit is a 3-hour session. There are keeper talks every 15 minutes, starting about an hour after check-in (the day’s schedule is posted at reception and can change).
Parking
On-site parking is available. Park considerately and don’t block local access.
Accessibility & buggies
The paths are flat throughout and the park is described as wheelchair and pushchair friendly. There’s an accessible toilet on site. They do not provide wheelchairs for visitors.

Dogs
No pets are allowed, including guide and service dogs, due to safety around the animals.
Food & picnics
You can bring a picnic, but it must be eaten in designated areas only. Food is not allowed near enclosures and feeding the animals is strictly forbidden.

Dress for the weather. Flat shoes are recommended; high heels aren’t permitted.
